I am reading The Stone Boudoir now and enjoying it immensely (pity I haven't seen Mattanza around anywhere in my country)...My obsession with Italy started a few years back and so far your book is a refreshing change from all the American-in-Tuscany accounts I have seen so far...Plus I think it was immensely brave of you to go to Sicily alone when you were a student to find your roots... Anyway, I think you really should write a large, picture-filled coffee-table book (since your photography is good as well) about some aspects of sicily, from houses to food...or perhaps something on sicilian-americans
